How to display an image on an object PDF Print E-mail
To display an image on an object you need to change the texture of the object

1. Make sure the image you want to use is in your inventory
    a. Open your inventory and look in the "Textures" folder of "My Inventory" to see if the image is there
    b. If not you need to upload the image to your inventory
        i. From the "File" menu, select "Upload Image"
        ii. Browse to find the image you want and click "Open"
        iii. A preview of the image will appear and you can change the Name and description if required
        iv. Press "Upload" to upload the image to your inventory
        v. Once uploaded, the image will be displayed along with a message saying you paid L$0 to upload the image.  Close the image and click "OK" in the message dialog
        vi. Check in your inventory again and you should now see in the image listed in the "Textures" folder of "My Inventory"

2. Create an object that you want to put the texture on, or right click on an existing object and select "Edit..." to display the object properties dialog

3. Change to the "Texture" tab

4. Click on the square displaying the texture and the "Pick Texture" dialog will be displayed

5. Scroll through the folders to find your image in the "Textures" folder of "My Inventory"

6. Click on the name of your image and press "Select" to apply the image to your object

7. The image will now be displayed on your object.  You can experiment with changing the other parameters on the "Texture" tab to display the image in the way that you would like
